Long-renowned as one of New York City’s most visionary commercial developers, David Levinson is making his mark in South Florida, through L&L Development Group, a privately owned real estate investment and development company he founded in 2021.
As Chairman, Mr. Levinson oversees L&L Development Group’s growing pipeline of projects in the region, highlighted by Coral Grove, a 131-acre outdoor town center that will bring new residences, offices and diverse retail options to Cape Coral, and 460 Fern, a world-class luxury apartment and retail tower. Through L&L Holding, a firm he co-founded in 2001, Mr. Levinson is also leading Wynwood Plaza, a one million square-foot mixed-use development featuring high-end apartments, creative offices, galleries, boutiques and artisanal restaurants in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.
In addition to L&L Development Group, Mr. Levinson continues to serves as Chairman and CEO of L&L Holding Company, the iconic Manhattan-based real estate company responsible for such remarkable projects as 425 Park Avenue, 390 Madison and the reimagining of the historic Terminal Warehouse.
Over the course of his storied career, Mr. Levinson has served as a board member for numerous organizations including those focused on art, education and civic engagement.
