Warren K. Dauber joined Newmark in 2016 as a senior vice president in the company’s Boca Raton office, where he focuses on the representation of landlords in the leasing of retail and mixed-use space.

Mr. Dauber transitioned to Newmark after nearly 20 years at Related Urban Development, where he most recently served as vice president. In this position, his responsibilities included the leasing and strategic planning of the company’s national mixed-use portfolio and third-party leasing business.
Prior to Related, Mr. Dauber worked at New York-based Corporate Property Investors from 1996 until 1998, when the firm was acquired by Simon Property Group. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the leasing of super-regional shopping centers in the company’s southeast region, including CityPlace West Palm and CityPlace Doral.
Previously, Mr. Dauber was a leasing representative with the Richard E. Jacobs Group, based in Cleveland, Ohio, and Ramco Gershenson, Inc., based in Southfield, Michigan.
Education
Mr. Dauber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
